Enough intrigue in this initial view to whet the appetite for more. Written a little simply with a fair bit of narrative between the characters rather than elaborate descriptions. I feel this would be an easy read and if the start is anything to go by it would be uncomplicated in a good way. Although I could be wrong if the main character brings in her experiences from the military. Looks good for a debut novel, interested to see how it develops.
