This is another new author for me that I've never read before but I'm extremely glad I did. This book was a fantastic thriller that will have you at the edge of your seat.

Even from the first chapter of this book I knew straight from the beginning that I was going to really enjoy reading it. This book is extremely well written, it's a spine tingling good thriller.

Jenni struggles to read people and their expressions, its something that she has struggles with for along time she also finds having normal relationships with people very difficult.
She was in the army and has had it very tough she has seen alot and is left with PTSD. She struggles on a daily basis with guilt and a sense of loss.

Jenni becomes a teacher, she begins teaching math and she really cares for the children. So when Destiny arrives at school with a busted eye Jenni knows that she can't just ignore it and needs to do something. Jenni wants to save her and you can feel this through the pages.

Destiny is a 15 year old girl who is very smart and hasn't had a good upbringing. She's been passed from pillar to post in care homes and just keeps running.
(NO SPOILERS ).

This book leaves you desperately wanting to find out what happens next and I feel it holds your attention completely and keeps you guessing and wondering right the way through. It's full of twists and turns and total shockers. The characters are great and the author brought them to life fantastically.
I couldn't put this book down and i thought it was fantastic

This book and the author fully deserves all 5 stars if I could give more I would.
I will definitely look out for this author in the future.
