A physcological thriller that from the very beginning draws you into the story.
Jenni is a teacher in a city secondary school and one of her students Destiny is clearly in trouble, after being visited in the school by a hoax social worker, making Destiny so frightened she turned to Jenni for help, (or did she?) Jenni has no option she thinks but to take Destiny, to keep her safe. What follows is a very intense experience for Destiny and Jenni and is almost a cat and mouse game between them and their pursuers, then just when you think you know where this book is going - wham, a twist, I didn't see that coming. It certainly keeps your attention and makes for a really good read, as we discover the story between Destiny and Jenni.
