Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed by this thriller, but I would consider reading it again in the future. "To Keep You Safe" follows an unreliable narrator, a teacher, who kidnaps her student, because she feels that the girl is in danger. Highly unmemorable, the story goes in strange paths, with the final ending to be confusing, slightly predictable, and dissatisfactory.

I do love that the story took place in only twenty-four hours. The author's portrayal of an unreliable narrator was not unique or brand new, but I still enjoyed the way it was executed. I don't often enjoy characters who take things into their own hands to solve the mystery or solve the problem.

Lastly, I do think I would read from this author again.
