I found this book to be a bit hit and miss. At first it felt exciting like it was going to be a rollercoaster thriller that really kept you guessing. I didn’t find that though the more I read. It was okay, some parts were well thought out and made you think what’s happening, but for me it soon fizzled out. It’s a bit predictable, by the end I wasn’t surprised by how it ended, because I saw it coming a few chapters back. The characters were bland and no one really gripped me. Overall it was well written and maybe for someone who hasn’t dived into many thrillers it’s a good starter book, but it really just didn’t keep me interested for the entire book and I found it becoming a bit of a drag to read. I’m sure others will love this one, but sadly it’s just not for me. I can’t say I’d pick it up again to read. The cover I think it sort of plain too, just very much what you’d expect.
