So I had an idea on how the story for this book was going to progress and up until about half way through I was right and then it took a major u-turn!
I love a book that keeps you guessing and this definitely did for me after the first half. I started to question every opinion I had already formed and, for me, that’s when I know that the writer has done their job well. To say this was a debut for Kate Bradley as well is impressive.
I always like a book that gives you another characters perspective and in this case, it was well needed. Having it from four different characters helped to build the final picture and gave you a clear insight into their personalities firsthand.
I really enjoyed this novel and will definitely be looking out for Kate’s next book.
