Be warned, because once you start reading this book, you'll find it very hard to put it down! I was totally gripped from start to finish.
Just when I thought I understood the plot, a different character stepped in with their alternative version of events! I was both shocked and surprised by the plot twists that continued to unfold throughout, and soon I no longer knew whose version I should actually believe!
The story is brilliantly written to keep the suspense going right up to the very last page when everything eventually becomes clear and the truth finally comes out.
Love, loss, hate, revenge, duty, honour and regret ... this book has it all. It begins with a snap decision made with good intentions by a highly strung teacher that will result in devastatingly life changing affects on the lives of so many.
Without a doubt this book could, and should, be adapted for a television drama which I really look forward to watching.
