I think this is the best book I've ever read. The themes are the sort of ones I'd usually go for and the writing was superb.

I loved the plot, and how informative it was about the subject matters it tackles (I won't spoil it; part of the books charm is not knowing where the plot is going and what hurdles are going to be encountered along the way!). It's very current and informative and will educate you about issues which are very prevalent, but which might fly under the radar with the general public.

Kate Bradley was always one step ahead of us; every time you think you've sussed the book and where it's going, it takes you in a new and thrilling direction - even up until the last few pages.

I love this book, and I think as a book it really works, but I also strongly believe that it would make a brilliant film. I found it similar in the style and writing to 'Girl On A Train' and 'Gone Girl', and they both made cracking films - I hope this is the next big hit like those!

I like (not love) the front cover; I spoke about this book to some friends and colleagues, and they all said something along the lines of 'I've read that book' or 'my mum's read that book' when they hadn't; they just thought they had. It turns out that the front cover looks similar to other books. It would be good to have a punchier front cover so that it doesn't get lost on the shelf, because this is one that everyone should read, and that bookclubs will LOVE dissecting over a glass of wine.

Kate Bradley needs to write more books. Now.
