I've heard a lot of good things about this book based upon what people with advanced copies have been saying, and I'm so excited to see that it opens up strongly and is just as good as everyone has been saying! There haven't been any good YA fantasy mermaid stories for a while now, but it looks like To Kill a Kingdom will fill that gap nicely.
