I love the characters and the reflection of 'The Little Mermaid' with the sirens and their sinister beauty. The little mermaid is my favourite Disney film and I've been trying to find a book that shows the dark side of mermaids; this is the book ticked that box. If it's anything like the books that Sarah J Maas has wrote (I've read all of hers and they're amazing!) then I will surely fall in love with it!!
