Wow, this book. I'm loving the power struggles in the royal families, but nowhere near as much as I'm loving the brutal and inhuman portrayal of the sirens.
Lira and Elian seem to have grown up in almost opposite situations, but they're both driven to prove their worth to a parent in different ways and I think it's going to be amazing to see how this story turns out.
