I thoroughly enjoyed this book and found myself unable to down. It was such a fun read! For those of you that love mermaids, this book is definitely the one for you. The book is loosely based upon the tale of the little mermaid, including a human man and a female mermaid, however this time, instead of being a mermaid, our protagonist is a siren. Unfortunately the protagonist is Turned into a human as a punishment for something and in order to redeem her honour she must take the heart of the human prince.
I love the pacing of this book as well as the style of writing, The world building was very well done however I would like to see a lot more of it. I also loved the characters especially our main character, and found myself wanting to visit this world.
I definitely recommend this book and hope that you will pick it up. I am looking forward to reading more by this author as this was a great debut.
