This story is an amazing fantasy book with the main character a siren who takes a heart for every year she lives. The first sentence instantly hooked me in and I absolutely loved the plot. There was a prince killing siren and a siren killing prince they were the perfect match together. I also love enemies to lovers so I thought this book was definitely for me. Princess Lira is a strong female protagonist and I thought she was an amazing character. Prince Elian is a siren hunter and I absolutely loved his personality he is so fricking funny I cant. I also loved that he was a pirate/prince I don't know I just like pirates. I honestly thought the ending was a bit rushed but it might be because I was reading it at like 1 in the morning. This book was the book that made me attached to fantasy and because of this I cant stop buying anymore books. Overall this book was amazing and I loved the overall setting, plot and characters.
