This book follows a siren princess who is banished from her kingdom by her evil mother and punishment. in her siren form she is feared by all humans and especially princes for she is known for eating the hearts of human princes. however, in her human for is she is beautiful and irresistible not to mention snarky and moody. she soon befriends a prince, and the story continues on their quest.
this was such a good book to read. I read it when I was in a reading slump and this book instantly hooked me with its sarcastic and witty characters and mind-blowing plot line. I was drawn into the world and the story and loved every minute of it. since reading this book a year ago, I have read it several times again because I love coming back to this world. everything about this book is amazing from the character building to the story line. I loved how the chemistry between the main hero and heroine is build and this book contains one of my favourite tropes which is enemies to lovers. I especially love how their love prevails at the end. the banter between the characters was hilarious. altogether this book was amazing, and I would highly recommend reading it.
