This book switches between the Point of view of a siren who thirsts for prince blood and a prince who yearns for siren blood. It is extremely well written and it left me wanting more. The dark tone on top of an unfamiliar story left me wishing I could read faster. Even switching between the POV’s which normal is a pain in the butt, was not in the least bit confusing. The book was very descriptive and well written I don’t have any complaints. As soon as I opened it I got lost in the story and I hope and pray to read another book the captivated me just as much as this one. It really deserves all the hype it has been getting and how many recommendations it has got. You can really feel what the characters are going through and you can understand what they’ve gone through without her explaining it thoroughly. It’s one of the best books I’ve ever read and I truly recommend it.
