The writing is soooooooooo good. Honestly when the writing isn't to a high standard no matter how awesome the plot is, it frustrates me. So having only read a couple pages I am already impressed. The story is also quite interesting and the world the book is set in was introduced in a way where it isn't Hella confusing but still interesting. I'm excited to get to know the characters more and see where this goes. The covers is also sooooo pretty. I picked this up because of the really pretty cover and the total is quite intriguing too.
I haven't read this authors works before and so I'm excited to read this and if I enjoy the book then I have another author to binge. I already like elian and I love the names in this book. They are all so majestical and magical and I get really attached to characters I like so I really hope to finish this book and get to know the characters well
