Words can't explain just how drawn into this story I became! In a world of sirens, princes and pirates I was completely in awe of the imagery created within this book.
From the description of the world itself to the character development, I could see everything so clearly. I fell instantly in love with some characters (no spoilers) and grew to love others and found myself rooting for those who I once wasn't so sure of. The change in POV is another aspect of this book that I loved so much, it really helped me to understand the thoughts and feelings from both sides of the story which was very important regarding some of the decisions made throughout the book!
This book really did enemies to lovers right and has set my bar high for any future reads - I know I will find myself re-reading this book when I want to be amazed by the work of A. Christo once again. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves the classic enemies to lovers tropes, but when its done the right way!
