This book was SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD. The plot was written very well. If you like fairy tales or fairy tale retells. It is like the little mermaid but EVEN BETTER with a few twists. This book also has an amazing love story. When I was reading this book I could not put it down!!!! The author also really hooked me in just by the first sentence!! I also LOVE the authors writing style and the way they wrote the book made me feel like I could imagine everything she was writing. Another reason I really liked this book was the cover. That was one of the main reasons I read the book; it was the cover that really hooked me. The cover shows tentacles and I really got interested in that cause I was like it most likely's fantasy (and it was) and I also loved the color of choice I think the dark navy blue was a perfect fit for the cover and the font and color of the words it was all just perfect and I loved it so much!!!
