this book is EVERYTHING!!!!!! a princess siren AND a peince siren killer? the perfect enemies to lovers storyline! Elian and Lira are fighing on complete opposite sides of a conflict, but yet they are as similar as can be. I love their constant flirtatious bickering and how they each fight for what they believe in.
the author's style of writing allowed me to be pulled into the story through her vivid use of imagery and witty dialogue
i loved this book, the pace however, was a bit unbalanced. I feel like some bits where too drawn out in detail and others weren't described in enough detail.
besides this, i believe this book definitly gets a 5 stars. the story is bewitchingly dark and everything i could have asked for in a book. To Kill a Kingdom has romance, funny banter, action, adventure and a lot more. i think everyone should read this book at least once!
