This book is a retailing of the little mermaid and tells the story of Lira that is the princess of the sea and how her mom condemns her to be a human so she can go get the heart of Prince Elian. I love this book because is the enemies to lovers that really keep you awake at 3 am. The personality of the main character Lira is strong and how her personality is so similar to the prince, but they are so different also. The only bad thing is that I think there is missing more context and the story should develop more and not end that easy.
The book is really good if you want an easy reading and a happing ending. The only thing I dislike was the way the others characters were developed. Some characters I really didn't like that much and the villain wasn't that bad but could be better. Isn't my favorite book or top ten, but I really enjoy it and the enemies to lovers weren't that bad.
