This is book is amazing. It's like the book was written for me. It had mermaids, sirens, princes, ships, and fighting.
I loved this book so much that I took it everywhere with me while I was reading it, I literally couldn't put it down! I loved all of the funny and heart warming moments in the book and the moments that left me on the edge of my seat. I loved the plot and how things worked out in the end of the book. I loved the relationship between Lira and Elian and I loved watching them grow closer and trust each other in the end of the book.

One thing I liked in the book was the relationship between Lira and her mother and how in the end of the book Lira was finally able to overthrow her with the help of Elian and his friends. It was truly one of my favourite parts of the book!

I will definitely remember this book for a long time and it will be one that I will recommend to all my friends if they are looking for a new book to read! I haven't read Alexandra Christo's other books yet but they are on my to be read list and I am definitely looking forward to reading more amazing books by her!
