I loved this book. I loved the dark aesthetic to it, and also how there are two different points to it . I also like how it’s different and not about mermaids but instead about sirens which you usually don’t hear a lot about . It gives off a little mermaid theme but also a lot darker and more mature than the movie . Yeah so it was a really good first look at the book and I hope read it one day.
