This book is a classic enemies to lovers and the banter between the two main characters was the best bit of the whole book, they were hilarious. I also liked that it was dual pov. I didn't think the book was absolutely incredible but it's definitely a good read if you just want a good enemies to lovers fantasy.
In the book you follow the siren Princess Lira, the daughter of the Sea Queen who is famous stealing the hearts of princes - not in a romantic metaphorical way she literally rips their hearts out. But then the queen punishes her by turning her human. So Lira is forced to work with her greatest enemy Prince Elian who is a renowned siren hunter. As they both work to destroy each other, they realise that they have more in common than they knew.
The writing style is quite simple so it's definitely an easy read and everything happens quickly so you can read it without getting bored. Overall I really enjoyed the book.
