I absolutely LOVED this first impression!
First, the cover art and the Art on the pages itself is Gorgeous!
Second I love how there are multiple character perspectives in the first impression as I feel like this can help a lot when readers start a fantasy book with all the world building that needs to happen.
The way the extract is written is also amazingly beautiful, I love all the imagery and metaphors used. I can already sense the tension between characters and am imagining the r=emotional rollercoaster that this book will definitely take me on haha. I also love how diverse the characters are, I don't particularly know if that makes sense to others but these characters are defo not like the type of characters that I've read about before in other fantasy books.
I am also already in love with the characters ;) Can't wait to read the whole thing!!
