I honestly loved this book. I read it because of a tiktok recommendation. But it was actually really good. It was a short standalone so i read it between some fantasy series that i was reading and it honestly helped me take a break and focus. It wasn’t very fast paced but it wasn’t slow either, it was just right. It’s a quick read, which i liked. The romance is really nice too i wish there was more but i enjoyed how much there was. Obviously the enemies to lovers trope was what drew me in!

The pirates in this story are amazing too, i love pirate stories they’re so amazing. If you liked daughter of the pirate king you’ll most likely like this book too, it’s honestly worth giving a go.
