Perfect for fans of The Little Mermaid but looking for something a bit darker.

Many call this book the darker version of The Little Mermaid!

Overall, I really liked To Kill A Kingdom.
The story was beautifully written, with a consistent style and tone, and efficiency of description that didn't slow the pace. I would recommend To Kill A Kingdom to any fan of the genre.

The plot was great. Each scene lead toward a larger goal, but the ending left some questions unanswered. To Kill A Kingdom started and ended strong, but the timeline was a bit hazy at points. The story sagged in the middle, leaving the characters without purpose.

The characters each played a vital role in To Kill A Kingdom. I connected to these characters so deeply that I didn't want their story to end. I was totally invested in them throughout the entire book.

To Kill A Kingdom provided a gripping glimpse of how the characters lived in this well-developed world, and the action was heart-pounding and effortless to visualize.

The chemistry between the characters was complex and interesting.
