I loveeeee this retelling! Its kinda a little mermaid retelling, the original story of the little mermaid! She was such a bad ass main character! Everything about this book was a salty swashbuckling GLORY and I loved it. I'm alllll here for pirates and sirens and (dark) Little Mermaid retellings, and this just delivered omg. Plus it was super funny, and if there's something my dark little heart beats faster for: THE ROMANCE! I haven’t tried that much of Pirate vibes books, BUT THIS MADE ME LOVE THEM! The adventurous story bringing me to all kinds of trips, it took my right away from this earth to the world of the book itself. The tension between the two main character. IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The hatred towards each other and how they try to seduce, and they both fall for it. They love each other, with such a great passion. This book is so amazing I recommend it!
