It’s almost ridiculous how much I love this book.
I think I have a thing for morally grey female protagonists... Alexandra Christo’s To Kill a Kingdom is a masterpiece. It should be hung up in an art museum, if I’m honest. I didn’t think I’d love this as much as I did, and I’m so glad I was wrong.
I don’t know what I loved most - the plot, the world-building, the characters, the writing style, there was so much to adore. I was so invested in these characters.
I can’t wait for Christo to write more books because if they’re anything like this one, readers better watch out - they’ll fall in love again.
