A Scandi-Noir Thriller - a lawyer & a criminal team together!
I've never read any fiction written by a Scandi author and this looks a great book to start my journey! The book is a number one best-seller in Sweden - a pretty good start!
Set in Stockholm, the book introduces us to a secret network that's been exploiting young girls. A criminal and a lawyer team together to investigate, as the police don't seem able to get to grips with the network. The pairing of Teddie (criminal) and Emelie (lawyer) is a fascinating pairing that should give the reader some great insights into how different the two operate in trying to solve the crime!
