I really like the chatty style of the book with Hope telling the story about her holiday & her friends. The boys are all introduced clearly at the beginning and I can immediately picture them all on their holiday - I would avoid them! But I can imagine lots of people in their late teens/early twenties will really associate with this book & the characters
