The cover isn’t something that would scream for my attention in a bookstore but I like that it’s deviated from typical YA covers. It’s nice to see a photographic cover that doesn’t inspire a wince.
I would be interested to continue reading and enjoyed the British feel I got, as the YA market seems to be dominated by the US, but I worry that I would be able to guess the rest of the plot midway through and have to slog to make it to the end. I hope I’m proven wrong!
