I first discovered this book when I read the First Impression that was available on the Readers First website, but I missed out on the opportunity to read an advanced copy of it. However, I did still pick up a copy when it was released in bookstores, so I ordered it online not long after that release date. I had read the synopsis and the First Impression, as I mentioned previously, and I already knew that this was going to be a really good book. But I was not truly prepared for how great it actually was. The writing - which I had already experienced from the extract - was brilliant and quite addictive, the characters were real and flawed and interesting, and the overall storyline of the book was very unique. It's one that I will be recommending to others.
