I loved this book because of how much meaning and how much it tackled problems in modern day society.
This book is about a group of friends who go on holiday together. At first the holiday seems really fun but it takes a dark turn after the group forget about one of their friends and leaves her alone on a beach. After the holiday, they realise how the group has fallen apart but they grow up and manage to address the issues.
This book tackles depression, rape and missing people. I love the idea of development which is key in this book. It really made me happy and I finished this book over 2 days. It also is written in 3 different people’s views and it really shows us how people address situations differently.
I really liked this book as it tackled different problems and I would recommend this for 13+ because of the vulgar language and the mentions of drugs and (a lot) of alcohol
