Absolutely fabulous front cover, suggesting split lives and possible psychological disorder or distress. Could the American dream do this to the main protagonist. First impression of the text is that it’s initiallu quite slow and hard to get into, but I do like the blurb and the quote from Nietzsche so would be willing to be proved wrong
