This is not the usual kind of genre that I read but I have to say that I enjoyed what I did read. The style of writing and plot is unique and takes a while to get into personally but a few pages in it left me wanting to know what was going to happen next. I liked how the readers get an insight into the different perspectives of different characters which really adds depth to the story.
The content is anything but light, touching on very deep subjects that leaves you really thinking. For this reason, it wasn't really my thing but overall an engaging read to say the very least. Historically and factually accurate but for me lacking in readability, but may just be my personal preference to have an easy light read. For the genre, I think a good book but didn't leave me wanting to read more from the author.
