A whole plot and story based around lies .This is a high brow novel on the life of one character Abe Kunstler . These are strange idealist and unbelievable twists in one persons life time and at several times throughout the book I must admit that I did think that outcome was just not possible. It starts of when Abe was a young man then jumps 20 years into the future. Abe was born a woman but lives as a man and no one knows including wife and son that he is actually female. The book is well written and the concept is exciting and different but I still find it impossible to fathom . This would be a great book club read to get lots of ideas and interpretations of this modern but unreasonable tale.
