I was looking forward to reading this book, however upon receiving it and starting to read it I was very disappointed. It is quite a bland book that doesn't really hook into the reader like other books do. The writing style was definitely not for me. However for those into these kind of books I am sure that there are people who will enjoy it. But personally for me this book is a bit too 'arty' and focuses too much on the wrong things, rather than just getting down into it. A positive is that I guess it is short and sweet, perfect for those who like a short novel to get their teeth stuck into. However, as said, this really wasn't my type of book and I have failed to get further than the first chapter.
