What I love about T. M. Logan's books are that the reader is thrown into the story right from the start. There is no waiting around and long build-up, and that is what sets an exciting pace that the end of this sample leaves the reader on. The cover is intriguing, and you know this is going to be a good thriller. There are so many questions posed in this first sample that are going to be difficult to answer. What is the right thing to do in this situation? Should she not go to the police and look after baby Mia as the note says - won't her friends and family have questions? I am excited to find out more.
