The beginning of 'Trust Me' was gripping from the first page, and already sparked some emotion inside me for our probable protagonist, Ellen. From the pages given, I have a bundle of questions that all lead to the persistent urge to read this book - which I believe is a great sign. I appreciate how the author takes a steady pace with the progression of the story, and that their are multiple elements to the narrative - giving it some dimension and plausibility.

The writing style is very impressive, and I would love to read this book to pick up on some new vocabulary as well as finding some answers.

My only flaw is the lack of suspense at some points. Whilst the 'thin man' was unsettling and the description of his black clothes most likely fitted his enigmatic nature, I wish there was more suspense to describe him. Possibly more short sentences or more of his actions. This goes the same with Katheryn.

Overall - a great book and I can't wait to sink my teeth into more!
