I am so desperate to read on and find out what Ellen does, having been left with the baby. From the first page, I was instantly hooked. Ellen seems to be in a tough place, having been left by her husband. I loved the panic when she realises that Kathryn has gone, it puts the reader on edge and encourages you to read on. A great first impression.
