Wow! I just could not put this book down. Instantly from the first page your immediately straight into the story, which I love, rather than getting a couple of chapters in before it gets meaty. I honestly did not think the villain was who it was at the end, I was constantly trying to guess who it was and was so sure on a character and then a twist would be revealed where you would second guess yourself and leave you with no idea again.
I loved the story line of the book and it just kept me hooked throughout, wanting to know why this had happened and who was behind it. I liked how it was written from numerous points of view, as it gave an insight into other characters and made the reader more aware of them.
Ellen's character was so brave and strong and never gave up, no matter what was thrown at her. I thought the ending of the book was written well and brought about each charcter, telling the reader what happened to them. But I also liked the ending for Ellen, as she seems to finally be happy and get what she has always wanted.
