Firstly, the plot draws you in immediately! Really simple, yet complex and daunting plot as theres so much mystery around the choices to make. I really like how fast-paced this story is, not in a way that feels rush but in the way that gives you a thrill whilst you are reading, the fact that the baby gets left in Elles hands really creates this sense of intrigue surrounding the backstory of the mother and child, but also Elles story and how this will impact her decision. Although the plot twist is something that you might be able to see coming especially if you are a thriller fanatic like me - it still is written in a way that has the shock factor that gives the reader that impact. I really liked the writing style of this author and i definitely will be reading Logans other stories! If you are a fan of books with twists and turns, and lots of red herrings this is for you!
