T.M. Logan's books are some of my favorites, and from what I've seen so far, this one looks fantastic! A gripping and intriguing beginning when a woman named Ellen is left holding a stranger's baby on a train after the woman exits at a stop. On the seat is a rucksack full of baby supplies, with a note inside telling her to look after baby Mia and not to trust anyone. When Ellen arrives at her stop, she exits the train with Mia, but she is terrified when she notices a man following her, and the station is also crowded with rowdy football fans who are quite intimidating. She decides to remain silent and not tell anyone about what has occurred, and she boards a taxi outside the station. The plot sounds really interesting, and reading the blurb on the back of this book would definitely make me grab it off the shelf and take it to the till. The characters appear frightening and real, and I can't wait to get my hands on a copy and read it.
