This is the second T.M. Logan book I've read and it has to be said, I'm becoming quite the fan.

The tale of Ellen and the mysterious baby that she is charged with protecting, is one that had me riveted. I couldn't put this book down and managed to finish it in a couple of hours.

There's plenty of suspense and red herrings, and whilst I did work out what was going on, it took me until just before the end - which is pretty good going. I hate it when I work it all out too soon and have to keep plodding along!

The chapters are pacey and engaging, which definitely allowed me to read it so quickly. The story develops at such a pace you won't want to put it down either.

There are so many books in the thriller genre, that it's easy to think you've read them all, but as with the previous Logan book I read, this author seems to have a knack for interesting plot lines which twist and turn right up until the end.
