Who can resist a novel set in Rome? The setting is sublime. And the story sounds captivating. I was drawn by the phrase " a tale of two women who can never meet". This is a great way of informing us that the novel is concerned with two different time lines and a mystery connecting them. I love this sort of premise for a novel.
