After reading the blurb I was really interested by the mystery element of this book and the historical genre. However, the first chapter felt a little slow to get going, so I hope it picks up as I think it sounds like it could be a very interesting read. I also really like the cover of this book, it would definitely draw me in if I saw it in a shop.
