Well, here's a first I didn't manage to even read the whole of the First Impression. This is definitely not a book for me that's for sure.
It appears as though the author is writing to shock. The prologue was almost enough to make me dump the book but I carried on reading on to Chapter One and got a few pages in and it doesn't really get any better to be honest. The situation is very unrealistic but falls shy of fantasy and reads as though someone with no actual life experience has written it.
I am aware that this is the third in a series but I definitely won't be reading the earlier efforts if this is anything to go by.
