I am afraid to say I did struggle with this book; mainly because I had not read the first 2 books and I felt there was a lot of information I was missing from characters backstories and their previous relationships.
However, the book was definitely shocking and Judith as the main character always kept the reader guessing as she was so unpredictable. It also had a lot of drama and kept the reader interested. The book was able to read as a stand-alone but it did feel like something was missing without reading the other two novels.
Great novel if you like a thriller with lots of drama and sex and a strong female main character.
