I thought the design of the cover for Victoria Park was beautiful, with lovely light colours, and it instantly caught my attention. I found the first chapter of the book extremely heart-warming, but heartbreaking at the same time; I loved reading about Wolfie's background and his love for Mona and the deli, and I really hope we get to hear more about their history in the rest of the chapters. The first read was extremely well written, and I liked how the chapter was separated into Wolfie/Mona sections.
