I guess that this genre just is not for me. Usually when reading a book, if I am not at least a little bit interested by Chapter Five, I give up on reading the story the story, which I did not do whilst reading this book and I wish I did.
For me, Victoria Park by Gemma Reeves was very boring and I kept reading it, waiting for it to get good but it just never did.
I am sure that many others will really love this book! I really liked the writing style, which flowed really well an was actually one of the only reasons that i managed to complete this book. I also really liked the character development, which was done very well.
Unfortunately however, this book just was not for me. I really love action packed thrillers and dark fantasy books so It is no wonder that I did not enjoy this book.
I really like the cover and I think it represents the story extremely well, also on the screen it appeared to be pink, whereas in real life, its a pale orange colour.
